More detailed information specific to the Rossiter System: our most high-end, with a method for quick to immediate results.  It is two-person pin and stretch technique used to help individuals create space in their connective tissue to reduce pain, that quickly restores connective tissue to its natural, healthy stateThe Rossiter System is a series of powerful and effective techniques for addressing structural pain and restriction of movement at its source, the body’s fascia, ligaments, tendons, collagen, elastin – collectively called connective tissue. Tight connective tissue is the source of stress, immobility, and pain in the body. Lower back pain, hip pain, shoulder pain are all quick and easy targets to get rid of pain in those and many other areas.

Results are quick and profound. You regain an increase in range of motion. This is a powerful new way to prevent and relieve pain, regain and increase range of motion, and enhance performance. There are no medications, no splints, no injections and no risky surgeries.

Why work with Fleur?

The Rossiter Method is a method that's been in existence for 30 years and Fleur is the only Advanced Certified Practitioner and Teacher Trainer in Southern California. Working with a movement professional, you'll get a patient and descriptive guide/coach to moving and releasing the pain with each exercise.

It is a great GO TO, when other methods (like physical therapy and chiropractic or acupuncture) are not able to address your pain or restriction.
