I will have to say a compelling yes. As I mentioned above, we have so many distractions in our life. On top of that, today's studies have become extremely challenging. There is so much to study in our courses that we feel overwhelmed. 

That is why we all need a technique or method to guide us through our courses. We need a plan to study for our exams, do assignments, or even stay attentive during online classes.

A Good Night's Sleep

This is something you do the night before you start studying. Getting at least 8 hours of sound sleep is crucial. We all have read this in various books and articles. I will tell you that it is true. A mind that has had a peaceful sleep at night is better prepared to soak in the knowledge in the morning. There has been a study that correlates sleep with students' grades.

Set a Timetable

Setting a timetable for your studies is very helpful. It might be daunting at first to keep up with it. However, once you start to follow it daily, it will become easier. Define when to begin, when to study which subject or topic, and when to take breaks. Yes, taking breaks is also essential.

Spaced practice refers to the technique of studying any topic over a distributed period of time. If you are not a regular gym rat, you can still find other exercise methods. Go for a casual stroll around your home for a run in the morning. That can do the trick just fine.
